What Is Scar Camouflage?
Also known as skin colour tattooing or camouflage tattooing, scar camouflage is uses a needle and pigment to blends scars into the surrounding natural skin using permanent makeup.
Dry needling with no pigments can activate the body to repair tissue by producing collagen which is also effective on wrinkles as the skin becomes plumper. Lumpy or tight scars can be relaxed and create more movement in an area that is tight due to burns or scarring.
Skin prone to keloid cannot be effectively treated with scar camouflage.
At least one top up will be required.
